2-D positioning table

The positioning table is designed as a 2-D adjustment mode to support the inverter resonant cabinet and fixed the inductor.
1) The positioning table is installed with a forward and backward moving track perpendicular to the production line.
2) The hand wheel that moves back and forth is placed on one side of the inductor to adjust the weld center. It is flexible and labor-saving.
3) The large cylinder type fast lifting mechanism is adopted.
4) The upper/lower limit of the positioning table can be adjusted, and the limit switch can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.
5) The positioning table is equipped with a counterweight to match the center of gravity of the inverter resonant cabinet and inductor at two positions with the center of the frame.

High precision infrared pyrometer

Accurately measure the annealing temperature of steel pipe welding seam, and form a temperature closed-loop control system together with PLC. Pyrometer is used for temperature control, with features of fast speed, accurate temperature control and flexible combination, etc.
 
 

Measures for high efficiency and energy saving

  1. Inverter adopts 450A/1200V high-power IGBT module to form series inverter circuit.
  2. The IGBT medium frequency annealing power supply adopts split type independent design of rectifier and inverter, i.e., the high-power rectifier is used to connect the inverter annealing power supply through the DC bus, and the power of each set of inverter annealing power supply can be independently adjustable. The whole annealing power supply structure is more compact, with high electrical efficiency, small the occupied area, and easy maintenance of equipment.
  3. The rectifier and inverter tank circuit unit are connected by DC bus, instead of the connection of medium frequency water cooled cable with huge loss and greatly improves the efficiency of the whole equipment.
  4. The output power regulation of each IGBT inverter tank circuit unit adopts the latest technology of inverter side power regulation - Frequency modulation and fixed angle inverter control technology, which makes the power output adjustment of power supply no longer rely on the conventional way of adjusting DC voltage, but through the control of IGBT inverter drive pulse to have a change, to realize the impedance matching in the whole steel pipe specification range.
  5. In the range of 10~100% power regulation, DC voltage remains at the highest rated value (about 500V when the line incoming AC voltage is 380V, the maximum voltage depends on the AC incoming line voltage), so the M.F. seam annealing equipment has the highest power factor (0.95) and the smallest harmonic current almost in the full power range. The overall operation of the equipment is more stable and efficient, with the success rate of start-up of 100%.
  6. The IGBT medium frequency annealing power supply adopts a new technology of FPGA rectifier control board and colorful touch screen. It cancels all the adjusting potentiometers and panel door operation buttons of the original rectifying system. All start/stop operation, power setting, parameter setting and parameter recording are realized by touch screen. It has the characteristics of simple, intuitive, accurate, convenient operation and flexible function change. The special parallel working mode of FPGA ensures that each unit module of the program runs independently. Because of its internal hard line logic, there is no problem of program going wrong, which enhances the stability of the control system.
  7. Tank circuit unit and linear inductor are installed on adjustable mechanical positioning table to adjust the relative distance between the linear inductor and the seam, which is suitable for in-line annealing of various specifications of pipe.
  8. IGBT medium frequency annealing power supply adopts the temperature + power loop control mode, which eliminates the interference of external factors such as grid voltage fluctuation and load fluctuation. In combination with PLC and high-precision infrared thermometer, it can realize the annealing temperature closed-loop control, precisely control the annealing temperature, and the annealing quality of steel pipe is excellent.
  9. IGBT M.F. seam annealing equipment has perfect protection functions, such as DC over-voltage, over-current, abnormal inverter, driving fault, water temperature & pressure protection, etc. To ensure the equipment running more safely and reliably.
